Bug Fix and Featuring
Lately I have been busy troubleshooting connections to function modules.
We have been trying to fix several problems that were causing crashes during development, and reconnecting from a module to a scene.
It was quite complicated, because a module unlike a scene, is a pre-compiled script....
We had to build an internal interpreter to validate and identify what and who was calling a module or a scene.
Because of this, we have been quiet lately.
Pre-filled Modules, allow the addition of certain functions such as manipulating elements in the game.
Including Switches, Coins, Variables, etc.
In the first release, the modules were one-way. That is, it was not possible to link a module to a scene.
Because it was precompiled, it could not perform other actions outside of that contained.
With the update we are writing, and the changes we are making, in the next release, it will be possible to continue script execution by going through modules.
Another new feature, and the ability to delete a module or scene that is no longer useful. Simply by pressing the delete key after selecting a scene or module. As long as the scene, or module, is not connected.
If not, you must first disconnect the feature and then delete it.
Updates with a new relesae and other new features will be coming soon.
